If it's public - then we will collect it. We cannot get data from personal chats, groups, messages, etc. Any public post on WeChat and Weibo can be collected by Panda Metrics.
The basic plan has a limit of 2 keywords - meaning we will only track those 2 keywords during the month. You cannot change it midway or after collecting some data. The RPA we deploy collects data for the entire month, it also keeps looking for more data till you reach the number of mentions that month. If you need more keywords and mentions we suggest buying additional credits or upgrading your plan or contacting us for a custom plan.
Yes we do on individual posts and also overall sentiment. We run sentiment analysis on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the higher sentiment (more positive). However, it is still very challenging to detect sentiment of some posts because of sarcasm and general context of discussion - we're doing our best to make it as accurate as possible! If you spot any errors please let us know so we can improve our solution and get you more accurate data.
When you reach the monthly limit the system will stop collecting new mentions and you can see the number of mentions used in the Profile message. If you need to track more mentions that month - please buy additional credits or contact us.
